Jane Doe is a hard-working mother of four.  She loves to travel with her family and has visited some exotic ports-of-call such as the Fijis, Spain and Portugal.  She loves to cook and spends most of her time in the kitchen when not outside playing with the kids.   Those who know her may find her witty and charming. 

Thank you for visiting Jane Doe's Hostess Party Page.  You may have attended her Home Party, Office Party, or you may be visiting this site for an "Online Party".  In any case, I welcome you.  Her you can visit the "Products Page" were you will find numerous fine products to purchase.  But please don't purchase the items directly from the "Products Page." 

The "Products Page" is filled with interesting items to purchase.  Any thing from cookies and candies, to candles, bath and body products, to perfumes.  There is an order form below that you can print out. 

As you browse the "Products Page", list the items onto the order form with the required information such as, Merchandiser, Name of Product, Product #, Color, and Amount.  Unfortunately, the online order form only allows for 2 products.  If you need more, either print out more order forms or use the comment section to add more items to your list.  You will need AdobeAcrobat to download this file and print it out as it is in pdf format.

You can feel free to browse the rest of my website for additional items to purchase.  But again, please do not order the items directly.  Please follow the same steps to ensure your hostess is credited the correct amount of sells and she is awarded her free gifts. 

Once your shopping experience is complete, take the information from your printed order form and add it to the "Online Order Form" and hit submit.  Remember for extra items you will need to add them in the comment section of your order.  I will receive the information and add it to Jane Doe's total sales.  The party's duration is two weeks.  When all orders have been submitted, they will be calculated and payment will be due for the final orders to the proper merchandisers.
